Welcome to the all new The Magic in Pixels 2.0!
Our team of code monkeys has been toiling behind the scenes working on this fabulous new site for all you fans of Disney Theme Park Photography. This new site is a major step in the evolution of TMIP. The Magic in Pixels has gone from a quickly written site to one that has matured and grown in popularity to what you now see here. What does this mean for you?
CONTENT!
There will be tons of new content. New items will include Tim's Photography 101, photographic essays of your favorite attractions and areas, equipment reviews, the occasional trip report, and much much more. The Disney photo gallery has received a major upgrade in layout and color scheme, not to mention HUNDREDS of new photos that have never been seen before on The Magic in Pixels. The Disney Photo Forum, TMIP's close knit community of Disney Photography enthusiasts and fanatics, returns will all of the previous content from before.
Tim Devine, along with head code monkey / padawan learner Ray Harkness (GRUMPY'S HOLLOW), have been working long hours to get this new site up and running. The end result is what you see here, a shiny new site waiting for you to explore.
You will immediately notice that the site has received a fancy new face lift, not to mention a whole new back end that is now content managed and database driven, as opposed to being written and updated using notepad. The site is also running on a brand new server with more storage and bandwidth than you could possibly imagine, which means more of everything.
The Magic in Pixels now has the ability to pull out all the stops and really put together content to entertain, educate, and "Wow!" you. Please feel free to email me if you have any suggestions for new articles or tips or just want to give me feedback on the site. I want to personally thank each and every one of you for your continued support, and wish to extend a heartfelt welcome to all of my new visitors. Thanks for stopping by and hope to see you often.
